Grant Applications for Groups & Organizations

This grant allows groups and organizations within Division 3 to apply for funding to host different recreation and cultural actives. This grant is intended to be used to host or enhance actives within Division 3.

All grants must meet division 3 priorities of: Promotion/ awareness of community, Inclusion of all, Increase membership/ participation, Community and Development

Grants will be approved by the board on a first come, funds available bases.

Grant applications must be submitted 5 business days before the next meeting. Late submissions will be held to next meeting ( approximately 2 months later)

The Recreation Board may accept or decline any or all requests at its discretion based on the guidelines outlined in their bylaw. Funding is awarded specific to the request stated in your application. Any changes to the approved expenditure, toward which this grant is directed , require prior approval of the Board. Requests for change must be submitted in writing to the Board.
